NEREIDA S.A. has been awarded funding under the Efficient and Sustainable Mobility Incentive Programme (MOVES III Programme) for the acquisition of an electric vehicle.
This initiative has been financed through the MOVES III Programme, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU, and managed by the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands.

Parque Nereida Suites Hotel, committed to sustainable mobility and reducing CO₂ emissions, has installed a double 22 kW electric vehicle charging station. This service allows guests to conveniently charge their vehicles at the hotel. The installation was funded by the MOVES III program, part of the European Union's Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
To improve energy efficiency, the hotel has installed a photovoltaic system with a peak production capacity of 98.8 kWp, significantly contributing to clean and sustainable energy generation.
Elevating bed mechanisms have been installed, a project supported by the Government of the Balearic Islands to promote innovation and modernization in hygiene and cleaning processes. These enhancements improve accessibility and ergonomics for cleaning staff, fostering safer and more efficient working conditions.
As part of the hotel’s energy transition strategy, a water-to-water heat pump has been installed with funding from the Next Generation EU program. This system supports efficient and sustainable climate control through aerothermal technology.
